Winter FunDay, Marina Park
Skate on the outdoor rink, try some activities with Youth Move and get a sneak peek of the snow sculptures that will be unveiled the following day. Free, 2 to 4 pm.

Monday February 20
Family Day with the Giant, Sleeping Giant Provincial Park
Spend the day outside at the park’s 70 km of groomed ski trails, ice fishing on Lake Marie Louise, snowshoeing or skating at the new 300-metre skating oval (there will be a bonfire adjacent at campsites 85-96). The Visitors Centre will be open from 8:30 am to 4 pm. $15.50 day use parking pass required.

SnowDay on the Waterfront, Marina Park
At this free annual event, check out the snow sculpture competition, DJ skate party, horse-drawn shuttle, petting zoo, science activities with Science North and Boreal Museum, outdoor art projects, snowshoeing, outdoor games, indoor crafts, bonfires and more. Runs from noon to 5 pm.
